Product description
The 369-HI-0-M-F-E-0 is a motor management relay manufactured by GE Multilin. Control power supply 50-300vdc / 40-265 VAC. The relay provides protection and monitoring for three-phase motors and their associated systems. Additional features of the relay include Modbus/TCP protocol Ethernet interface, Profibus-DP back-end communication port, Profibus-DPV1 back-end communication port, DeviceNet protocol interface, user-defined baud rate (1200-19200), flash memory for firmware updates, and pre-RS232 communication Port, post-RS485 communication port, post-fiber port, user-defined RTD type, 4 user-defined analog outputs. And a Windows-based PC program for setting and monitoring relays.
There are many metering quantities on motor management relays. These include phase current and current demand amperes, motor load x fLA, percentage of unbalance current, ground current amperes, input switch state (on or off), relay output state (on or off), RTD temperature, cyclotron frequency Hz, phase and line voltage, Frequency Hz, power factor lead/lag, actual power and actual power demand watts, Reactive power and reactive power demand var, apparent power and apparent power demand VA, actual power consumption Mwh, reactive power consumption/generation ±Mvarh. The 369 MMR can "learn" individual motor parameters and adapt to a single application. To improve the protection of the relay, the user can adjust the motor's inrush current, cooling rate and/or acceleration time.
Frequently Asked Questions about 369-HI-0-M-F-E-0
Do all 369 Multilin models have fiber ports? I noticed that the GE Multilin motor management relay 369-HI-0-M-F-E-0 does have fiber optic ports.
GE Multilin Motor Management Relay 369-HI-0-M-F-E-0 with additional fiber port functionality (F). This port is optional for remote RTD connection functions. This port has a transmit power of -20 DBM and a receive sensitivity of -30 DBM. The power budget allocated to the port is 10db. Normally this option F(optional fiber port) has a link distance of 1.65 km. All 369 GE Multilin motor management relays are not equipped with this fiber optic port. The 369-HI-0-M-F-E-0 digital relay does this because it has the specified option F in the part number at the fourth position after the 369 relay.
GE Multilin Motor Management Relay 369-HI-0-M-F-E-0 How many overload curves does it provide?
Multilin Digital Motor Management Relay 369-HI-0-M-F-E-0 provides up to 15 standard overload curves for problematic motors. In addition, the 369-HI-0-M-F-E-0 has the ability to create custom curves. The curve is biased according to temperature, cold/heat ratio, cooling time and unbalance constant. The resulting curve has a pick level of 1.01 to 1.23 FLA and accuracy per phase current input.
