The GE DC power supply and dashboard DS200SDCIG2AHB serve as the interface for the DC2000 model driver. DS200SDCIG2AHB is easily damaged by static electricity. However, there are some general rules you can follow to avoid damage caused by electrostatic charges. Before installing the board, keep the board in static protective packaging and touch it on an unpainted metal surface, which may be a drive or other device or structure. Let it touch the metal surface for 2 seconds to allow static electricity to escape from the board.

Do not leave the circuit board outside the ESD protection bag. Simply placing it directly in the drive reduces the chance of static buildup. In addition, hold the outer edge of the board and never touch the components or solder.

Removing a defective circuit board requires a number of necessary steps to prevent electric shock, electrical burns, or safety hazards.
