IC200CPU005 Operation Precautions/Restrictions
1. Using an older version of the non-intelligent analog module in the extension rack will result in a mismatch error in the logging system configuration. Before scanning a failed module, the module must be replaced with a newer revision. The permitted revisions are detailed under Compatibility in the Product Information section above.
2.IC200CPU005 If the integral term is used in the IND or ISA PID loop, avoid PID integral value less than 0.002. The following example illustrates the behavior when using an integer value less than 0.002:
Suppose SP=16000, PV=16000, CV=16000, P=1.00, 1=1.000. D = 0.00
