The single-slot IC697CPU789RR module supports 512 KB of battery backup extended memory in the same slot. Out of 512 KB of memory, up to 200 KB is available for the user's applications and data. The IC697CPU789RR module supports up to 12,000 discrete inputs/outputs, 2048 discrete voting inputs, and 2048 discrete voting outputs for any mix in simplex mode.
