The 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Transducer system has a 3.94v/mm (100 mv/mil) output for non-contacting vibration anddisplacement measurements on fluid film bearing machines. The large 11 mm tip enables this transducer system to have alonger linear range compared to our standard 3300 XL8 mmTransducer System.  lt is primarily used in the following:applications where the longer linear range is necessary.The 3300 XL 11 mm Proximitor sensor is designed to replace the 7200 series 11 mm and 14 mm sensor systems. When upgrading from a 7200 series system to a 3300 XL 11 mm system, each component must be replaced with a 3300 XL 11 mm component. In addition, monitoring systems must be updated. If you are using a 3500 monitoring system, you will need to list the 3300 XL 11 mm sensor system as a compatible option with an updated version of the configuration software. The existing 3300 monitoring system may need to be modified. Please contact your local sales and service representative for assistance.
The 3300 XL 11 mm Proximitor sensor has the same advanced features as the 3300 XL 8 mm Proximitor sensor. Its thin design allows it to be installed in high-density DIN rail mounting or more traditional panel mount configurations. Improved RFI/EMI immunity enables the 3300 XL Proximitor sensor to achieve European CE Mark certification without any special installation considerations. This RFI immunity also prevents the transducer system from being adversely affected by nearby high-frequency radio signals. The SpringLoc terminal block on the Proximitor sensor does not require special installation tools, allowing for faster and more robust field connections.
