Desciption
A turbine mechanical hydraulic governor, screw speed set range of 4000-6000 rpm, rated speed down to 6050 rpm). The drive shaft rotates clockwise for ATEX position. The 16N.m(12 ftlb) counterclockwise rotating output terminal shaft of the governor is connected to the speeder-regulating valve of the turbine to control the steam flow at the turbine inlet.
The TG-13 die-cast Aluminum Mechanical Hydraulic downspeed regulator controls the API61 1 steam turbine to drive pump compressors or generators, where synchronous (constant speed) operation is not required. The governor controls the turbine speed by sensing the turbine rotor speed through an input drive shaft, compares this speed with an internal speed set, and then controls the steam flow at the turbine inlet using a rotary output terminal shaft connected to the turbine speed-regulating valve.
This independent governor uses an integrated drive shaft-driven ball head assembly to detect turbine speed and an integrated drive shaft-driven oil pump to generate the necessary output force to move/control the turbine's speed-regulating valve.
