The DPO5054B is a mixed-signal oscilloscope from Tektronix. With a bandwidth of up to 2 GHz and a sampling rate of 10 GS/s, it provides an economical and powerful Windows® -based oscilloscope solution. The DPO5054B not only offers a wide range of application software that enables users to test a variety of different applications with a single instrument, but also features unique to Tektronix, such as FastAcq® and DPX® technology, as well as an outstanding trigger suite that quickly finds intermittent events that other oscilloscopes may miss.

Key performance metrics of the oscilloscope include a 500 MHz bandwidth model, a sampling rate of up to 5 GS/s on all channels, and a recording length of up to 250M points. In addition, it has FastFrame® segmented memory acquisition mode, which can achieve capture rates of up to 290,000 segments and more than 310,000 waveforms per second. The standard 10MΩ passive voltage probe provides low capacitance load and high analog bandwidth.

The DPO5054B also provides a user-selectable bandwidth limit and DSP filter to reduce noise and improve low-frequency measurement accuracy.
