The IC697CPU781 module is a 16 MHZ 32-bit CPU that supports expandable memory. Modules that can be ordered with the IC697CPU781 CPU module include 128 KB 32-bit CMOS extended memory (IC697MEM31 module), 256KB non-volatile flash memory 256KB non-volatile flash 32-bit CMOS memory (IC697MEM32 module), 256KB 32-bit CMOS memory (IC697MEM33 module), 512KB 32-bit CMOS memory (IC697MEM35 module) and lithium battery (IC697ACC701). Batteries have a shelf life of 20 years at a temperature of 10 degrees Celsius. The battery can provide up to six months of memory retention without power.
