The MVI56-BAS is a BASIC communication module manufactured by Prosoft Technology for converting traditional BASIC programs to ControlLogix systems. Its user interface consists of three ports for communication, basic program transfer, ASCII communication, programming, or DF1 communication. In addition, the MVI56-BAS has a small flash drive slot that can store basic programs with a CF card.
