Siemens Energy recently signed a long-term gas turbine maintenance service contract with Guangdong Yuehua Power Generation Co., LTD. (" Yuehua Company "), a subsidiary of Guangdong Energy Group Co., LTD. Siemens Energy will provide Yuehua's two SGT5-4000F gas turbines and their main auxiliary systems with services for approximately 10 years, including spare parts provision and on-site service, planned overhaul, remote diagnosis, upgrading, training and project management.

It shoulders the responsibility of long-term peak power generation in Guangzhou and plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the local power grid. In response to a series of demanding requirements, Siemens Energy, as the original equipment manufacturer of the units, with the accumulated experience of the models and continuous innovative research and development capabilities, will provide customers with proven customized upgrade solutions. The solution also includes a digital energy service solution including advanced power diagnosis and remote monitoring system, which reduces the maintenance cost of users, improves the technical performance of the gas turbine unit, and ensures the safe and reliable operation of the unit.
In addition, Siemens Energy has a strong global network of spare parts. Located in Yixing, Jiangsu Province, the Siemens Energy Gas turbine Blade plant will serve as a local strategic spare parts warehouse, relying on geographical advantages to ensure rapid and timely response. Siemens Energy will also provide technical training to Yuehua to help it reduce costs and increase efficiency while improving the operation of the power plant.
