The Industrial Internet is a strategic infrastructure for new industrialization and an important cornerstone of the fourth Industrial Revolution. The industrial Internet identity analysis system is the neural hub of the industrial Internet. The industrial Internet takes the identity analysis system as the link, and the identity analysis system takes the national top node as the center, connects the international root node, connects the secondary node and the enterprise node, promotes the industrial big data to accelerate the cycle, and lays a more solid support for the new industrial ecology of all factors, the whole industrial chain, the whole value chain, and the comprehensive connection.
Li Qiqi, born in 1987, although he is not yet 40 years old, he has made great achievements in the field of industrial Internet. Under his leadership, up to now, the national top node of the industrial Internet identification analysis system (Chongqing) has connected a total of 51 secondary nodes in 10 western provinces and cities, providing identification analysis services for more than 36,000 enterprises, and the total number of registered identifiers exceeds 32.5 billion. It has become an important engine force to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, the upgrading of industrial cluster energy level, and the rapid development of digital economy in the western region.

In other words, the establishment of these 51 secondary nodes means that the industrial Internet identification analysis system has covered 51 key industries in the western region. These secondary nodes have been further expanded downward, and more than 36,000 enterprises have been connected to this system, achieving large-scale application. More than 32.5 billion signage registrations mean that more than 32.5 billion new products with unique identifiers have been born, which can be devices, algorithms, items, etc.

Entering the second half of the digital economy, how do traditional industrial bases find new growth points and breakthroughs?
In 2018, Chongqing ushered in the opportunity of industrial Internet. In June of that year, under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology launched the construction of the national top node of industrial Internet identification analysis, and Chongqing successfully ranked among the five node cities in the country.
"I am a native of Chongqing, and I know Chongqing very well." With pioneering determination and sense of responsibility, in September 2019, Li Qiqi volunteered to return to his hometown to take charge of the construction and operation of Chongqing's top node.
At that time, the construction of the new industrial Internet infrastructure system in the western region was still in its infancy, and many enterprises still followed the traditional production and operation mode, and knew little about the concept of industrial Internet. In front of Li Qiqi, is a barren "virgin land", he needs to "start from 0", facing difficulties far beyond imagination.
Having lived and worked away from Chongqing for a long time, Li Qiqi is not familiar with the situation in her hometown. With the help of Liangjiang New District, he rented a small office space with only one employee. The early research, data sorting and other work, almost all rely on him to complete.

"Initially, I spent a lot of time explaining to companies what the Industrial Internet was and what identity resolution was." Li Qiqi pointed to a nearby exhibition hall. "I have given at least 200 lectures here."
The Industrial Internet identification analysis system is an important component and "nervous system" of the industrial Internet, which mainly includes two parts: identification coding and analysis system. Among them, the identification code is equivalent to "ID card" or "house number", which gives each physical entity (such as parts, machines, products, etc.) and every digital object (such as algorithms, process records, key data) on the industrial Internet a globally unique code. The analysis system queries and analyzes the network address and associated information in a unified manner according to the identification code, so as to achieve accurate positioning, and provide basic support for cross-system, cross-enterprise and cross-region supply chain process management, tracing and traceability, and accurate network collaboration.
For Chongqing, to consolidate its position as a major manufacturing town and achieve industrial upgrading, the construction of industrial Internet identification analysis system is the only way.
However, it is not easy to make the various factors of production "speak the same language", and many enterprises are skeptical about this and dare not easily try.
Up to now, the national top node of the Industrial Internet identification analysis system (Chongqing) has connected a total of 51 secondary nodes in ten western provinces and cities.
It took Li Qiqi three to four months to complete the preliminary research work. Zongshen Group is one of the leading enterprises in Chongqing automobile and motorcycle industry, and has been seeking new ways to improve quality and efficiency. Since Zongshen Group has a strong capital and a solid foundation, and Li Qiqi is good at structure and technology, the two sides quickly reached a cooperation intention after in-depth exchanges, and jointly carried out the factory transformation work.
With outstanding professional competence, Li Qiqi assisted Zongshen Group to achieve transformation and upgrading. For example, in terms of device active identification, the initial plan is to add a variety of functions, such as temperature detection and noise monitoring. After demonstration, some functions were removed, but the cost performance and universality were significantly improved.
In 2020, Zongshen Group's 101 factory deployed the identification system to realize the whole process management of product development, raw material supply, admission inspection, assembly and delivery. By adopting a "full life cycle" traceability system, staff can quickly match product processing parameters and equipment by simply scanning the code, thereby improving production efficiency and capacity by about 15%, and significantly improving asset management efficiency, equipment maintenance efficiency and inventory efficiency by nearly three times.
