Desciption
The 1756-A13 is a ControlLogix chassis for Allen-Bradley. The chassis provides a module housing and 13 module slots for the ControlLogix controller and I/O modules. In addition to providing mounting slots, the chassis also hosts the electronic circuits that make up the backplane. The backplane distributes current, which each module uses to power a single circuit to function properly.

1756-A13 Supports horizontal installation only. It requires a minimum cabinet size of 60.9 x 76.2 x 20.3 centimeters (24 x 30 x 8 inches) and a weight of 1.90 kilograms (4.2 pounds). It is mounted directly to the case panel via mounting latches located at the top and bottom of the case. Install this chassis at 0... 60 °C (32... 140 °F) for Series A and Series B enclosures, and -25 - +60 °C (-13 - +140 °F) for Series C enclosures. Its operating vibration rating is 2 g @ 10... 500 Hz, working impact rating of 30 g. This chassis is available for the Logix 5560, 5570 and 5580 product families.
