Allen-Bradley 1794-OE12 is a high-density analog output module, part of the Flex I0 product family. The module has 12 output channels that can be configured for 0-20mA, 4-20 mA current signals, and +/- 10VDC voltage signals. The channel of the module is non-isolated and supports single-ended wiring configuration.
The 1794-0E12 is used with terminal bases with key switch position 4 such as the 1794-TB3G and 1794-TB3GS. It has an open housing, which means that the module and the entire FIex I/O assembly must be mounted inside an outer enclosure that provides adequate protection against industrial components.
The 1794-OE12 is equipped with a built-in analog-to-digital circuit (ADC) converter. It converts digital data into analog signals with a resolution of 16-bit binary complement data format. At 25°C, the absolute accuracy of each output channel is 0.1% full scale, and the accuracy drift of voltage and current signals is 0.004% full scale /°C.

The 1794-OE12 is a high density analog output module with the following features:
High precision and stability: It is able to provide accurate and reliable output, has a high response speed, and can quickly react to the input signal. These characteristics make 1794-OE12 widely used in industrial control systems.
Multiple configuration options: The module has twelve output channels that can be configured for 0-20mA, 4-20mA current signals and +/-10VDC voltage signals, allowing users to flexibly set and adjust according to actual needs.
Powerful communication function: it can communicate with other devices to achieve data transmission and sharing. This allows it to adapt to the needs of distributed control and monitoring, improving the operational efficiency of the entire production line.
Fault detection and alarm function: it has fault detection and alarm function, which can discover and deal with faults in time, and improve the reliability and security of the system.
Adapted to harsh environments: Its housing is open and must be installed inside the housing to provide adequate protection from industrial elements. This allows it to work under harsh environmental conditions, such as high temperature, low temperature, strong magnetic and other environmental factors.
In terms of application fields, 1794-OE12 is mainly used in the field of industrial automation, such as manufacturing, petrochemical, electric power and other industries of production line automation control. It can realize distributed control and monitoring by receiving analog signals from various sensors and converting them into digital values, which can be used in conjunction with other modules. This helps to improve production efficiency, reduce labor costs, and ensure the safety and stability of the production process.
