3500/25 125792-01 is an enhanced bond phase module developed by Bently Nevada. It is a semi-tall, dual-channel module for transmitting key confidence numbers to the monitor module in the 3500 rack.
Its main functions include:
Detecting whether the key marker on the shaft is aligned with the key sensor, using a magnetic sensor or proximity probe, and converting the input signal into a digital key sensor signal.
In the general setup, up to four key trust numbers can be accepted. For paired configurations, up to eight can be accepted. These signals can be used to accurately detect timing, measure shaft speed and vector characteristics such as 1X vibration amplitude and phase.
Provides higher Keyphasor signal processing capabilities than previously designed, maintaining backward compatibility with Keyphasor modules of legacy systems.
Can run in parallel, providing primary and secondary key confidence numbers for other modules in the rack.

It is used in cases where many devices are connected to the Keyphasor signal at the same time, and where isolation from other systems, such as control systems, is required.
Phase measurement is available, although I/O introduces a greater phase shift than the non-isolated I/O version.
Its main application areas include industrial monitoring and automation control systems, such as mechanical protection systems, monitoring of rotating shafts or gears. In the field of industrial automation, the module can be used to create small distributed control systems and implement redundant control systems, as well as to expand the automation and control product range.

Advantages:
Expanded the signal processing capability of the key phase detector, which is more powerful than previous designs.
Backward compatibility with legacy systems' Keyphasor modules for easy use in legacy systems.
Provides primary and secondary keying signals and can run in parallel to provide signals to other modules in the rack.
The stability and reliability of the system are improved and the possibility of failure is reduced.
Cons:
For some specific applications or configurations, additional supporting equipment and software may be required.
Because it is a professional module, it requires professional installation and maintenance.
There may be a risk of incompatibility with other systems or devices that require careful verification and testing.
