The 3500/45-01-00 is a differential expansion/axial position monitor from Bently Nevada, designed to monitor the differential expansion and axial position changes of large and medium-sized rotating machinery such as steam turbines, compressors, fans, water pumps, mills, gearboxes, motors, etc. This monitor has a wide range of applications in power, metallurgy, chemical, petrochemical and other industries.
The 3500/45-01-00 is a four-channel monitor capable of receiving an input signal from the eddy current sensor and using that signal to drive an alarm. It uses a displacement input/output module to receive input signals from Bentley Nevada sensors such as eddy current sensors (25, 35 and 50mm extended range sensors and LVDTS). Programmed for 3500/45 with the 3500 framework configuration software, any of the following functions can be performed: differential expansion, compensated input differential expansion, housing expansion (CH3, CH4).
