Series and function
Series: Part of the Bently Nevada 3500 series of mechanical protection systems.
Function: It is mainly used to monitor the vibration and position of rotating machinery and other parameters, through real-time monitoring of these parameters, potential faults can be discovered in advance, so as to avoid the shutdown and loss caused by equipment failure.



The main purpose of 3500/40m monitoring is to provide:

one. Mechanical protection for driving alarms is set by constantly comparing and configuring monitoring parameters for alarms.

2. Basic machine information for operators and maintenance personnel.

Each channel, depending on the configuration, typically has various parameters of its input signal called "static values". The user can configure the static value and danger value for each activity to any two alert setpoints for the active static value.
3500/40 position display

The 3500/53 modules can be combined into a two out of two or two (recommended) system.

Redundant power supply in 3500 includes overspeed detection system use requirements.

The highly modular design of the 3500 system includes:
