The 3500/42M Proximitor/Seismic Monitor is a 4-channel monitor that accepts
input from proximity and seismic transducers, conditions the signal to provide
various vibrations and position measurements, and compares the conditioned
signals with user-programmable alarms.
Bentley bently BENTLY 3500/42-01-0 displacement/velocity and acceleration monitor the main functions are: to provide 1) continuous comparison of the current machine vibration and alarm setting points of the configuration, in order to drive the alarm to protect the machine, 2) to provide basic mechanical vibration information for operators and maintenance personnel. The alarm setting point is configured using the 3500 framework configuration software. The alarm setting point can be configured for each valid proportion value, while the danger setting point can only be configured for two of all valid proportion values. When sent from the manufacturing plant, 3500/42 is not configured. When required, the 3500/42M can be installed in the 3500 frame and configured to complete the required monitoring functions. This allows you to store a single monitor for use in many different application conditions. The 3500/42 monitor is a four-channel monitor that receives signal input from the eddy current displacement sensor and the Proximitor and Seismic Transducers and drives the alarm based on this input.
