DS200DTBAG1AAA GE digital contact terminal board with input voltage range from 24 VDC to 125 VDC. The berg jumper can be removed to help troubleshoot. The board contains two terminal blocks to connect up to 95 wires as well as five jumpers and two 2-pin connectors. Be sure to disconnect the power from the drive before replacing it. Since there are 190 signal wires connected to the terminal, it is best practice to record where the wires are connected so that they can be reconnected. Terminals have a letter and number name, and you can attach their name information to the wire or through a label. If a large number of wires are connected to the terminal, allow time to identify the terminal.
Each jumper is set to define the configuration of the board, so to ensure that the new board works as expected, you must configure the jumper in the same position. Some jumpers are only factory-ready for testing and cannot be moved because they do not support the configuration in the standby Settings. With this in mind, use the name printed on the board to record the location of all five jumpers on the old board. You will find that this name is prefixed with JP.
