Product description
IS200ISBBG1AAB is the Mark VI Insync bus bypass board. MkVI is a steam/gas industrial turbine control management system that is part of the General Electric Speedtronic family of control systems. Speedtronic control systems have been distributed by GE since the late 1960s.
The IS200ISBBG1AAB is used as the InSync bus bypass card in Mark VI. It is a small board, usually mounted on a DIN rail. These rails are mounted to the board using screws in factory-made holes inserted into the corners of the board. Some of the factory boreholes on the IS200ISBBG1AAB are surrounded with conductive materials, including E1 to E4.
The IS200ISBBG1AAB has four off-board connectors for communication with components located on other boards. This includes a terminal block (P4) and three plug connectors (P1 to P3). P1 is labeled as full duplex, P2 is labeled as XMIT data output, and P3 is labeled as RCV data input. The terminal bar is marked with 24 VDC input. The terminal block is connected with two screws.
Working principle
The IS200ISBBG1AAB works by storing electrical charge on the electrodes. When a voltage is applied between the two poles of a capacitor, an electric charge accumulates inside the capacitor, creating an electric field. This buildup of charge can be released when the circuit needs it to provide power to other components.
