Desciption

The PXI-6602 is a timing and digital I/O module with eight 32-bit counters/timers and 32 TTL/ CMOS-compatible digital I/O lines. Eight of them are dedicated digital I/O lines and the remaining 24 are shared with counters/timers.

In the test system, the PXI-6602 counter can be used to measure the pulse output signal of the electromagnetic flowmeter, and can also measure the filling time. By recording the counter pulse value in the water filling process, dividing the number of pulses collected by the standard pulse value of 1s, the water filling time can be obtained. In addition, using 4 counters of the same model to collect 2 DN500 flowmeter pulse signals, 1 DN200 flowmeter pulse signals and water filling time, can improve the measurement accuracy of the test system.

In the system, NISCXI-1102 module is used to collect the water temperature analog signal. The module is a temperature acquisition module designed by NI for high-precision thermal resistance. Each input channel consists of an instrument amplifier and a 2Hz low-pass filter, which is acquired by a single DAQ device channel.
