Install the T9110 processor module
Do the following: • Before inserting a new processor module, check the module for damage. • After the module is installed, the identification label on the side of the module is hidden. Therefore, before installation, record the location of the module and the details displayed on the label. • If you are installing multiple processor modules, make sure they all have the same firmware version.
1. Check the coding pins on the T9100 processor base to make sure they match the slot on the back of the processor module: 2. Place the processor module on the coding pin. Make sure the slot on the module locking screw head is vertical, then push the module back into place until the connectors match perfectly. 3. Rotate the screw to lock the module clockwise using a wide (9 mm) flat head screwdriver.
Replace the faulty processor backup battery with the following official Rockwell Automation battery or equivalent. T9905: polycarbon lithium fluoride button battery, BR2032 (recommended type), diameter 20 mm; Nominal voltage 3 V; Nominal capacity (mAh) 190; Continuous standard load (mA) 0.03; Operating temperature -30°C to +80°C, supplied by Panasonic.
