The T9803 is a processor module. The extender interface module resides in the TrustedTM controller chassis, and both the Intermodule bus (IMB) and the extender bus are in the controller chassis. The extender bus allows multiple chassis system cable connections using UTP while maintaining fault-tolerant, high-bandwidth IMB functionality.


The module provides fault containment controller enclosures for the Expander bus, the module itself, and the IMB, ensuring that the impact of these potential failures is localized and system availability is maximized. The module has fault tolerance of the HIFT TMR architecture. Comprehensive diagnostics, monitoring and testing quickly identify faults. Hot standby and module standby support slot configuration, allowing automatic and manual repair policies.
The AADvance Workbench software or AADvance Trusted SIS workstation software allows you to design a complete control policy and then locate the parts of the policy to the individual controllers. The interaction between resources is automatic, greatly reducing the complexity of configuration in a multi-resource system. Before downloading to the controller, the program can be simulated and tested on the computer on which the software is running.
